Special Cream
Applications:
- Water-repellent impregnation of external façades
- As a primer (penetrating stopper) under color coatings such as silicone façade paints and synthetic resin-modified plasters.
Properties:
- Ready-to-use, water-thinnable impregnating agent
- Good penetration of absorbent mineral surfaces, the redstone Renovation Plaster Board system, concrete, fiber-reinforced cement, sand-lime bricks, natural stone, plaster and bricks
- Dramatic reduction in water absorption because it is water-repellent
- Water vapor permeability is unaffected because it allows vapor diffusion
- Optimum resistance to alkalis
- Excellent resistance to freezing and thawing
- Good adhesion when coating
- Water-borne, solvent-free and environmentally compatible
- Thixotropic so it can be applied without losses
- No uncontrolled runs or drips on vertical ceilings
